Not much time to write here recently, as we’ve been busy with the coin development — pools mainly, but also server optimizations, and… promotions. Yes, you’ve read that right — we have a contest open for promoting the Xedoscoin in China.
If you want to see XDC on China exchange (and when we’re there, we’re basically everywhere shortly afterwards), you can donate XDC to the address that we’re using for funding this bounty — WuTBak33RrnV4Td8Mobz6MkAqDbqtLvUCd.
You can check the balance of the fund anytime you like. Also take a look at our thread at bitcointalk about this.
The one that takes us to the first China exchange wins the hunt and takes all the money collected at this address.
We also have more pools — one official (pool.xedoscoin.com), optimized for smaller CPU miners and one located in Singapore, so maybe a bit faster for users from Asia and Australia (xdc.plasr.com).
We announced Xedoscoin on Bitcointalk some ten days ago and already the coin is rising. A bit slowly, but the attention from the community is building up. We don’t have a lot of time to devote to PR, SEO, graphic design and general promotion activities, but we’re doing our best.
You can find details about the Xedoscoin on our What is Xedoscoin page.
So far there is a blockchain explorer by us, some logo proposals (the design contest goes on, so fire up you PS or Gimp and set your imagination free) and a XDC pool by argakiig. We are preparing our pool too, so stay tuned. You could still mine XDC solo, as the difficulty is still around 10 now and sometimes in the past week it was below 2 (although it will slowly go only up, not down from now on, especially since we have pools).
We’ll have a lot to write in the coming weeks, so let’s say this is enough for a “hello world” kind of post.
